We just finished up our third week of workouts and we’re all still alive and well! We’ve run, jumped, lifted, rowed, squatted, and squatted some more! Oh, and we’ve sweat. A lot.
Our first three weeks of training consisted of learning a lot about the proper form for our workout movements as well as ways to help prevent injuries. We are also learning about proper running technique to help us make it through the 10-12 miles of the Tough Mudder!
As we move into July we will be increasing our intensity level and working on building our endurance for the big event, which is now 105 days away!! Check back next week to see how we’re doing!
