Replacing Meals and Losing Weight with PROBAR

Your ProBar StoryI found the PROBAR at Cape Cod Nutrition Center in Hyannis, Massachusetts - a body building nutrition and supplement store. I love PROBARs - they are a great tasting balance of all natural carbohydrates, fats, and not too much protein.

I eat two a day as meal replacements, and have lost 12 pounds!
I have been 200 pounds, (20 pounds overweight), for about 10 years. I used to diet and workout too aggressively and would lose a few pounds quickly, but then would injure myself or run out of energy, and put it all back on.

I decided that in order to lose weight permanently, and improve my overall health, I would need to combine lighter but more frequent regular exercise with sensible eating rather than all-out dieting. I jog, swim and lift weights for about 30-40 minutes, 5 days per week - something different each day.

What I really like about PROBARs, is that they provide balanced nutrition and fiber, without massive amounts of protein, and no chemical sweeteners, like some nutrition bars. PROBARs give me plenty of energy to be able to complete my workouts, and have helped my digestion as well .

I started this new routine about 4 months ago, and like I said I’ve lost 12-13 pounds so far.
