This “Your PROBAR Story” comes to us from Raini Pachak who found PROBAR at a climbing gym and has been hooked since.

I had my first PROBAR at The Front Climbing Club in Salt Lake City. To put it in so many words, I was amazed. Since then, I always have a few in my backpack.

One day, on my routine bike ride to the climbing gym, I saw a homeless man with a cardboard sign declaring his lack of money and hunger, my mixed feelings about giving him a few dollars started to set in. If only i knew ahead of time what he would buy with my donation. If only I had some nourishing meal to offer.

Then i realized… I did! So i got off my bike and said something like, “I don’t have any money, sir, will you take some food?” He agreed, I had the feeling that he would have been happier if i would have given him money, but ever since then he has been there nearly every day to collect his winnings. He’s hooked too.
