I have been dieting and exercising consistently for about 3 years now, and have successfully lost about 60 lbs and kept the weight off now for about 1.5 years. I have tried about 4 different types of bars, never really loving any one of them, but rotating through them so I don’t get tired of any one taste.

A friend and I were going on a long bike ride to prepare for the upcoming AIDS ride and I needed something quick to eat when we got up at 5am to go on this ride. I needed something different tasting that would stay with me for awhile since the ride was so long. I went to Whole Foods the night before and your label caught my eye. I picked up a Nutty Banana Boom and a Superfood Slam bar, figuring my friend and I could sample both!

I was hooked from that day on!! Whenever I know I need something quick that is going to give me sustained energy I grab one of your bars.

They taste great, are quick and easy and are so good for you! And now that I’ve found your web site I’m even more excited because of all the flavor options!! [it also helps that it’s cheaper than Whole Foods too!]
