It’s never easy to change your lifestyle, particularly when it comes to food.  Exercising getting more fit and eating right go hand in hand.

For Kris Borman, a new PROBAR customer, he’s found that PROBAR is a healthy way to satisfy hunger and to keep his healthy change in lifestyle on track.

For the last 6 months, every doctor I’ve seen has asked me what I do for exercise.  My answer was always nothing.  I was the heaviest and most unhealthy (both mentally and physically) than I’ve been in my entire life.  One and a half months ago I started a rigorous exercise program.  My diet has changed and my body feels great!  One thing I find frustrating is the lack convenient, good tasting, nutritious foods in our society.

I, along with a friend took at trip to Boston and we went for a run at the Esplanade adjacent to the Charles River.  Upon completing our run, we went to Whole Foods.  He wanted to go to the aisle with the protein bars.  

The aisle was loaded with Cliff Bars, Luna Bars, Power Bars and the like.  In the past, I found those other choices to be, for lack of a better word, gross.  I disliked the taste, consistency of bar in my mouth and that funky, chalky after swallow residue lingering in my mouth after I swallowed; leaving me feeling bloated. (

As we browsed the aisle, I noticed the variety of PROBAR visually appealing PROBAR boxes.  They intrigued me.  The art on the boxes looked natural with images of REAL, natural food represented on the boxes.  

I decided to give the Cran-Lemon Twister a try.  Oh my goodness - It is the best testing “bar” ever.  The flavors were impeccably balanced.  The oral sensation was natural - For the first time, I felt like I was eating “real” food in bar form.  It was absolutely outstanding!

On the way home from Boston (a 3.5 hour plane ride) I had another bar.  It was so tasty and satisfied my hunger for the entire flight!

Finally!!  Someone has made a convenient, yummy snack (meal) in bar form.  Thank You! - Kris
