Finding PROBAR at the Park City Arts Festival

A while back I posted about PROBAR sponsoring the Kimball 5K Race as part of the Park City Arts Festival.

Incidentally, one of the volunteers (pictured below)  at the festival was introduced to PROBAR by declining a danish (with grace and incredible will power no doubt) and opting for Art’s Original Blend.

Needless to say, it’s been bliss ever since. Here is Audrey Hall’s story of how she found PROBAR.

July 2007

It’s 6am.

I’m in Salt Lake City and am rushing out the door.

I’m on my way to be a volunteer at the Arts Festival in Park City, UT.  I’ve never volunteered in my ten years as a resident in Utah and especially not something out of town!

I’ve attended the Park City Arts Festival many times and each time I fully enjoyed myself, finally convincing myself that this year I’d give something back.

As I arrive at check-in my stomach grumbled and my eyes were droopy.  It was a beautiful crisp morning in the city, but I was in for a hard day and had forgotten to bring snacks.  As I checked in I was handed bottled water and given the option of a danish or a Pro Bar, something I hadn’t tried before.

The packaging on the Pro Bar was appetizing.  Organic, whole foods?  I was somewhat skeptical but grabbed an Art’s Original Blend.  OH was I pleasantly surprised!

This was much more than I expected!  Delicious, packed with unprocessed goodness and a whopping 370 good-for-you-calories.

With a full stomach I started the walk up the precipitous hill of Main Street and it was much easier than it had been in the past.  As a volunteer there is no downtime, no stop and eat something time, but today there was ‘˜Boy was I glad I had a Pro Bar this morning’ time.

As I left at the end of the day, I thought to myself, I am so glad I am volunteering tomorrow too . . .that’s when I had the delicious Koka Moka and fell in love with Pro Bar all over again.

Each customer whose “Your PROBAR Story”is published here on the blog will receive a Seventh Heaven Pack which is one PROBAR of each of the original flavors. We love to hear from our customers about their PROBAR story so if you’ve got one share it with us.

It certainly is Bliss! That is Audrey’s maiden name. I should know - I am her mother! Ha!

What a coincidence that I’d use that term in describing her experience!

Thanks for stopping by to post Susan.
