Sustainable Energy in the Tactical Environment
We’ve had PROBAR customers from all over the world and in all sorts of situations using PROBAR for meal replacement and a whole foods energy source, but this story from Chris Roper is the first from a SWAT team situation. Pretty cool stuff.
The military should use the bars for boot camps if it worked this well for a SWAT hell week. Any military peeps out there reading this?
In April of 2008 I attended Utah County SWAT School a.k.a. “Hell Week’.
Hell Week is not a place for the faint of heart it is a week long tactical school averaging 20 to 22 hour days of running, jumping, climbing, crawling, shooting, tactical training, class room and to cap off the day a mock operation usually at 01:00 am every night. Overall the course was awesome but the only way my team and I were able to sustain the energy we needed was with ProBar.
Everyday guys from other teams were crashing and/or getting sick because they weren’t supplying their bodies with the nutrition they needed to keep up the crazy pace of the school and not only did my team keep up the pace because of ProBar we won the coveted “O”course race.
From now on we carry ProBar in our Tact vests so no matter what we are doing we have the energy and nutrition we need.
Thanks ProBar for putting out a great product with all the good stuff our bodies crave and need.
Each customer whose “Your PROBAR Story”is published here on the blog will receive a Seventh Heaven Pack which is one PROBAR of each of the original flavors. We love to hear from our customers about their PROBAR story so if you’ve got one share it with us.
