A few weeks ago we were shooting some video of Art Eggersten, founder of PROBAR, as he talked about the origins of the bar, nutrition and some of the things that he’s passionate about.

So what is he passionate about? For starters - FOOD. He loves food, good food and the healthy lifestyle that is a result of eating good nutritional food. In this little video clip you can see Art’s passion for food and health as he talks about what kind of impact a plant based diet could have.
