Rubin Williams
As a young boy I watched track on tv and fell in love with it because of the speed of the athletes. It was also the only sport that I knew traveled the world to compete. So at the age of 15 I started to run track in junior high through high school. In 2002 my senior year of high school I made the world junior team where I took 4th in the 200 meters and from then I knew this is what I was going to do.

Deciding to attend the University of Tennessee after high school. I became one of the greatest sprinters to come thru the historic track program. Becoming a 17 time All-American (most in school history), school recorded holder in the indoor 200 meter dash, and a national champion in 2008. In 2007 I was a medalist in the pan games in the 200 meter dash and 4×100 meter relay.
For the past 6 years I have been one of the best 200 meter runners in the U.S. consistently never missing a final.
