Event Sponsorship

PROBAR is anxious to consider your event as a sponsorship opportunity. In order for your event to be considered we require this form to be submitted 60 days in advance of your event date. Once we receive your sponsorship request, we will contact you within 10 business days.

As a growing company, most of our sponsorship budget is given as “in kind product donation” rather than cash funds. If you’re seeking cash please know that a sponsorship is less likely than if you were to utilize product for your event.

So that you know how we consider events to sponsor, here are some things we look for. Just because your event doesn’t have these elements doesn’t mean we won’t sponsor it as we consider at all applications, but your chances are better if your event fits some of these guidelines:

  • We want to develop an ongoing relationship with an event. (2 years + minimum) Short term “one and done” type of event sponsorships are less likely to receive support than an existing event that has longevity.
  • Event organizers or the event itself should have an active website. If you maintain a blog, MySpace or Facebook profile for the event, it should be updated weekly.
  • We look for the most visibility from our involvement as possible, particularly online. This includes text links, logos on websites, e-mail inclusion, printed inclusion, etc.
  • We want our sponsorship to be impactful and lasting. Events that are centered around a cause or a non-profit entity that is tied to our values of an active, healthy lifestyle is an ideal fit.
  • We expect the event organizer to be an existing customer.
