I was checking out the Kath Eats Real Food blog and I spied a post from last month that Kath did which included bits of her Superfood Slam in her multi-grain cereal.
She’s always quite particular about her morning meal and it’s very interesting to see what she’ll come up with next to include with some form of oats or grain cereal (always warm).
There are some great ideas on her blog about how to eat healthy and to enjoy life which she does well, both of them.
