1 Minute Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Bowl (Vegan and Gluten-Free)

2 Scoops Orgain Chocolate Protein Powder (or other favorite plant-based protein powder)
3T Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Package PROBAR Chocolate Peanut Butter Blend
1/2 of a Sliced banana
Granola, or other favorite toppings
  1. In a small bowl, mix protein powder and almond milk until smooth.
  2. Add more or less liquid until desired consistency is met. Ideally the mixture will be thick and creamy.
  3. Drizzle with peanut butter and top with sliced banana and granola (or other toppings of your choice).
  4. Grab a spoon and enjoy!

*If you are using Orgain brand protein, you can let the protein powder/almond milk mixture set up in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours before adding toppings. It will thicken into a delicious chocolate mousse consistancy.
*To reduce carbs, substitute banana for berries.
*For extra fiber and protein, top with chia seeds.
