Healthy, tasty, plant-based snacks can be easy to make! Here’s a delicious looking recipe from one our followers @mishelley_lewis :
"For me, eating more fiber completely changed my health. Today, I easily have around 78g. Normally I never track it but it is good to have an idea of portion sizes.
Here is a breakfast example. You’ll see lots of color, lots of flavor & fiber.
Fiber is the most underrated macronutrient & it’s key to leveraging metabolism.
Our metabolism is highly affected by GUT, DIET and LIFESTYLE. The good news: we can choose to improve our eating habits.
Here’s my breakfast today:
- 1/2 cup of overnight oats with salt & cinnamon
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup of Raspberries
- 1/2 of a Mango
- 1/4 cup of dried raisins"
