At PROBAR, our mission has always been to create delicious, convenient, healthy, plant-based food products that help fuel you. If you’ve attended an REI Outessa event, you’ve experienced that first hand, and we are so excited to be the nutrition sponsor again this year. But before we start packing, we’re sharing a rundown of some exciting things happening under the PROBAR tent.
This year we are proud to host nutritionist Sarah Betts of Seek Studio and Erin Butler, of BE Nutrition and Training. Bring your questions, and your notebooks, these women are incredible, and have a wealth of knowledge they’re willing to share. They’re gearing up to show you the best ways to utilize plant-based power in your workouts, and your everyday busy life.
We will also be hosting our Build-a-Bar activation, for a third year in a row. We go all out, bringing the PROBAR Headquarters Lab to the Outessa Community. This is always an exciting opportunity for participants to get creative, and blend custom bars from scratch. Be sure to stop by and give it a go, we can’t wait to see what awesome flavors you come up with.
One bite can change everything, and Jeff Coleman, CEO of PROBAR, is a true testament to that. An avid runner and outdoor enthusiast, Jeff understands how critical good fuel is to maximize your adventures, which is why he started mixing up the very first Meal bars years ago in Park City, Utah.
