I eat one of these every morning before my run. It's the perfect amount of food to give me energy but not so much that I notice it in my stomach while I run. Highly recommend!!!!
The old version was lighter, fluffier. This new one is dense enough to hurt my teeth to bite into, but the taste didn't really change much, if at all.
This flavor is definitely my favorite!! They’re not too sweet but delicious while your on the go!

Nice selection for a fair price--certainly could not get all this for the price if purchased individually. And I must say, the quality has improved. I was totally turned off from Pro Bar a year or so ago--small portions, average taste and it seems someone was responsible for some changes and things have improved. I will definitely order the pantry pak again. Also, must say the chocolate peanut butter packs are awesome in my oatmeal!!!
Great tasting boost of energy without making me feel bloated. Small size is the perfect portion for energy without the heaviness.
