How do I place an order?
It's easy to place an order on our website. Go the 'Shop' in the main menu and you will find all of our product lines to choose from. Select any products and add to cart.
How can I cancel my order?
We can cancel orders if they have not been shipped out already.
Are your bars made with shared equipment?
PROBAR products are made on shared equipment. We have a sanitation program designed to prevent cross-contamination between products, which includes cleaning and residue testing. We hope we’ve given you the information you need to make the best dietary decisions for your health.
What is the shelf life of your products?
MEAL - 12 months
PROTEIN - 15 months
BOLT - 18 months
PEAK - 12 months

How do I report a quality issue or concern with my product?
How much caffeine is in your products?
All our caffeinated products contain between 45 and 55mg of caffeine, but the caffeine can vary slightly due to varying strength of coffee used.
Which products are gluten-free?
All PROBAR products are certified gluten-free.
Are your products vegan-friendly?
All our products are vegan, made without any animal-derived ingredients.
How are your products gluten-free?
Our bars are certified gluten-free by GFCO. Oats and wheat grass are naturally gluten-free, as long as they are not contaminated at harvest or during shipping, storage, or distribution. We work with our suppliers and our certifier to source gluten-free oats and wheat grass powder for our gluten-free products.
Is the chocolate in your bars vegan?
Our chocolate is dairy-free and is free of any animal derivatives.
Why are there dark spots in Bolt chews?
Those spots are undissolved organic fruit powder. It is safe to consume; however, we would be happy to replace the product for you.
Which products are kosher?
Dietary law of orthodox Jewish people. All our products in rebranded packaging bare the logo and are kosher. Bolt is not kosher.
How do you maintain label weight for bars?
The density of our mix varies, so we adjust the cut length to make sure they are all at label weight. As our products are made in small batches, there is some variability from batch to batch. We continuously strive to improve our control over the process, and value the feedback from our customers.
What type of vegetable glycerin is used in your bars?
The Vegetable Glycerin we use is not made from soy, peas, or green beans. However, you will want to know that our products are produced on a shared line, and some of our other products do contain soy ingredients. While the vegetable glycerin used in our bars is derived from palm oil, our supplier participates in the Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil, and we require the glycerin that we purchase to carry that certification.
Do you use too much sugar?
We create our products to offer balanced nutrition to gain long lasting energy as well offer a great taste. The MEAL bars are nutrient dense and are meant to be a substantial snack when you miss a meal. We ensure the ingredients used are of the highest quality, and the natural sugars come from natural ingredients. The BOLT chews are engineered to be a source of quick and ready energy from the sugars to the body in exertion.

No, we do not ship to places outside of the United States.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free Ground Shipping is available on orders that exceed the $75.00 Free Shipping threshold. The Free Shipping threshold is calculated based on the total shopping cart value after any discounts and before tax. Orders that are discounted below the $75.00 threshold due to promotions or coupon use will not qualify for Free Shipping.
How long will it take to get my order?
The average time to receive an order is 3-5 business days based upon location/region. To ensure the quality and freshness of our products, PROBAR does not ship Friday-Sunday.
How will I receive my order?
Consumer orders are shipped using UPS ground and will be delivered in 3-5 business days. PROBAR does not ship Friday-Sunday to ensure freshness of our products.
How can I return products?

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, subscriptions can be cancelled by logging into your account at theprobar.com and selecting manage “Your Subscriptions” From there you can edit products, order cadence, or cancel your subscription.
